Terms and Conditions

  • For all fresh flower hand bouquet and fresh flower arrangement, please submit order 3 days in advance before delivery date.

  • Payment must be made upon check out.

  • Free delivery applicable to Floral bouquet above $50.

  • For express delivery within 24 hours, please call +65 8116 1873 for availability. A surcharge of $12.00 is applicable.

  • Cancellation must be made at least 2 days before the requested day of delivery or collection. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge will be levied on all orders made.

  • In the event the order is delivered, cancellation will not be allowed.

  • For special request, please place your order at least 7 working days in advance prior to function date. All special order is subject to availability.

  • Changes to particulars such as address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 1 day before delivery. Email to us with your name, invoice number or customer ID.

  • All sales are final, unless products received on the spot is/are broken, full refund will be given on the spot.​

Delivery Policy

  • While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers and flower condition.

  • Flower Advisor reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.

  • Customers will informed of any major changes to the product before delivery.

  • Delivery time allowance of approx. 45min grace period before or after the expected time due to unforeseen traffic conditions, security and parking.

  • In the case of non-delivery due to wrong address or recipient not at home , we will charge a re-delivery of $10.00 (delivery slot subjects to availability)

  • All prices are inclusive of delivery in Singapore unless otherwise stated.

Charges for Restricted Areas

Kindly note that an additional charge of $20.00 will be levied for the following restricted areas:

  • All military camps & High Security Areas

  •  All PSA ports, including Singapore Cruise Centre

  •  Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas, Gul Road, & Pioneer Road
